Refund & Cancellation

1. Custom Product Policy

Since all our wedding albums, photobooks, and print materials are 100% custom-made according to your provided photos and designs, we do not offer returns or refunds for "change of mind" or errors present in the original files submitted by you (e.g., low-resolution images, typos, or poor lighting).

2. Order Cancellation

  • Before Printing: If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us immediately. If the design and layout process has not been completed, or the order has not been sent to the printing press, a full refund will be initiated.
  • After Printing Begins: Once the files have been processed and sent to the printing machine, the order cannot be canceled, and no refund will be provided.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

We take extreme care in packaging your premium albums. However, if your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect (e.g., binding issues, major print errors from our end):

  • You must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
  • An Unboxing Video showing the sealed package being opened and the defect is mandatory to process any claim.
  • Please send the video and images of the defect to album@coloursphotobooks.in or our official WhatsApp number.

4. Reprinting vs Refunds

In the rare event of a verified manufacturing defect or damage during transit, our primary resolution is to reprint and replace the defective item at no extra cost to you. Monetary refunds are only issued under special circumstances where reprinting is not possible, subject to management approval.
